This is a comprehensive report detailing information pertinent to known hosts that are deemed to be a Security risk, due to Phishing and/or Malware content.
The main focus of this report is to demonstrate which IP addresses are at risk, as a result of known Malware/Phishing sites that these internal IP addresses are attempting to connect to.
This report identifies the internal IP addresses on the Demo network that are attempting to make connections to known malware or phishing sites. Chances are that if there is a relatively high connection count shown for a particular IP, then it is likely that that particular internal IP has been infected with malware/phishing software.
Please keep in mind that the connection count is represented in one thousands.
So a connection count of 1 (K) is 1 thousand connection. Similarly a connection count of 0.001 (K) is a single connection.
These hosts have been deemed as a security threat, and therefore the connections being initiated from these internal IP addresses require investigation as these dangerous connections have the potential of creating risk to the entire organisation.
Overall Risk Connections by Host for the Month - 30 Days
This chart demonstrates the total number of attempted connections made to known malware and/or phishing sites over the past month.
This chart is useful in showing the change of trend, i.e if the total amount of risky connection attempts are increasing, or decreasing, thus showing the overall health with regards to malware and phishing infections.
